- When writing for search engines, keep in mind that your post or article should be 300 to 500 words long. If more words are required, write 2 or more articles.
Try to use your main keywords in your article title, preferably in the beginning of the sentence. This tells the search engines what your article is about. Keep in mind that previous work researching the most appropriate keywords for the topic must have been completed before hand. If you have a website and you are expecting traffic from search engines, you should know what your keywords are. Make sure you insert your main keywords in the first paragraph.If possible, use them, or variations of them, throughout the entire body of your text. You don’t need to keep repeating the same keywords and phrases throughout the site. Use synonyms of your keywords. Think broadly about possible variations of your main keywords that may help connect with your audience.- Keep your text readable. Just write with your target audience in mind, sprinkling a keyword here and there and you will please your readers as well as the search engines.
If possible, using a sub-heading for each paragraph. This is very good when your have different keywords phrases.
Please remember to keep your website, Blog or article readable and user friendly, so, if it doesn’t sound too good, you may be better off to let go of some keywords in favor of good reading. But keep in mind also that our content must be closely related to our main topic and that naturally we will be including our targeted keywords throughout the Blog, so, we might as well use them in the most effective way.
